At 717 Holsters, we build our gear the right way — with quality materials, careful craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Every holster we make is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If something fails due to how it was built, we’ll make it right.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Cracks or breaks in the Kydex under normal use
- Hardware failure caused by workmanship
- Retention issues caused by manufacturing defects
If your holster experiences a defect related to how it was made, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification
- Heat damage (leaving the holster in extreme temperatures)
- Improper firearm fit due to incorrect ordering
- Damage caused by attempting to alter the holster
Fitment Guarantee
If your holster does not fit your firearm properly, contact us. We’ll work with you to adjust, repair, or replace the holster so it performs the way it should.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim:
- Visit our Contact page
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue and include photos if possible
Do not send your holster back without contacting us first.
